Bedrooms: 1 double (can be split into twins) 1 twin Sofa bed in living area Both bedrooms have wall mirrors and ample hanging and shelf space. If you have lots of cloths then the 60+ hangers should be enough.

Bathrooms: En suite to bedroom 1, bath, shower, WC 2nd bathroom with shower, WC Mirrors in both bathrooms have ceiling spot lights so that you can see clearly and the walls and floor are solid marble

Kitchen: Kitchen fitted with everything you could ask for, so if you are a keen cook, I know you are on holiday, you will not be disappointed. With lots of fresh local produce and the choice of oven, electric hob, microwave and a Weber BBQ.

Utility Room: Utility room is in the kitchen - washing machine

Living Room: Open plan living/dining Sofa + sofa bed sleeps 2 Dining table + 6 chairs Sliding doors onto patio with table and 4 chairs The room is tastefully furnished with solid wood furniture. The patio is shaded in the afternoon with plants

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid Service: Linen and towels provided. Beach towels are also provided for 6 people The linen is changed for a 1 week stay if you are booking for longer then it can be changed each week for a small charge.

Full air-conditioning for the hot months, please be responsible in its use and radiators for heating in the cooler months. Accessibility

Not suitable for people with mobility problems. It does have a lift from the underground car park and from all other levels. It is a three story building

Outside

70m2 roof terrace with 4 sun loungers and 2 chairs. A table with 6 chairs for alfresco dining in the evening, the BBQ is a Weber. The large swimming pool has an outside shower and is open 24 hours with lighting at night

Golf

Roda Golf and Beach is a fantastic golf holiday destination. The first De Vere venture in Spain, with Sam Torrence as its captain and a golf course designed by renowned architect Dave Thomas. It is also PGA affiliated, the PGA's of Europe have Roda as their winter training base. With so many other courses to play in the area too, including La Manga, you really would find it hard to beat Roda as a place to stay. Roda also have a private beach club, a short ferry ride away, on the Mar Menor for guests to use.

Travel

The nearest airport is Murcia (San Javier), 10 mins drive and Alicante is 45 mins drive. There is also a railway station 5 mins drive away where you can take trains to Barcelona and Madrid.
